Camping de Cauberg in Valkenburg is THE cyclecamping in The Netherlands. Who doesn’t know the Cauberg? The most famous hill in The Netherlands, where the Tour de France finished twice. The Cauberg, where in 2012 cyclists contended to get the world title for 10 days long during the cycling world championship. The Cauberg is present in all important races, like the Amsel Gold Race, the Boogies Extreme, the Cauberg Classic, Olympias Tour and many more, challenging cyclists who dare to climb it. Professionals and amateurs who train for big tours or the Alpe d’Huzes.
The camping is located along the route of the Amstel Gold Race and it can be started from your camping pitch.

Amstel Gold Race 2024
The first complete cycling weekend of the season is scheduled again on 13 and 14 April 2024. With the amateur tour on Saturday and the professional race on Sunday, you can count on an unforgettable weekend!
The campsite is located in the finish area and the cyclists will climb the Cauberg no less than 3 times.
